L’Atelier Culinarion à Aix-en-Provence

After our homestays, we took the train to Aix-en-Provence. Upon arrival, we headed to a Provençal cooking class. In the featured photos students are getting busy in the kitchen and learning Provençal recipes from local chefs. Dishes included une tapenade, une anchoïade, and un caviar d’aubergine. We tasted these regional dishes with des crudités and du pain.
